Access to patient records
You can read selected documents from your patient record online. A patient record contains documentation about the investigations and treatments you have received, and you have the right to see what is included in it. You also have the right to know who has accessed the information contained in the record.
How to do it:
To use this service online, you must log in to helsenorge.no. Under the patient journal section, you will find selected documents from the journal and be able to see who has worked on them.
Parents of children under 12 years old can now use services on helsenorge.no on behalf of their children.

Note that not all journal documents can be displayed digitally. If you need to read the entire journal, you must request a printed copy.
If you would like your patient journal on paper, you can use this form:
