Døgnenhet, Ofoten

Målet vårt er å hjelpe hver enkelt til bedre å mestre sin egen livssituasjon. Vi tar primært imot voksne over 18 år.

Behandlingstilbudet

Vi gir behandling og kartlegger hva som skal til for at pasientene så snart som mulig skal kunne reise hjem og klare seg utenfor institusjonen.

Etter utskriving kan det være aktuelt med videre oppfølging fra poliklinikken og/eller kommunehelsetjenesten.

Døgnenheten er primært for voksne over 18 år. Av og til vil det kunne være nødvendig med innleggelse for dem under 18 år. Tilbudet til disse gis primært ved Barne- og ungdomspsykiatrisk avdeling i Tromsø.

Noen pasienter kommer til kortere opphold for å hindre negativ utvikling av sykdom og hindre akuttinnleggelse i sykehuset. Andre har behov for oppfølging i forbindelse med endring av medisiner når dette ikke kan gjennomføres hjemme.

Enheten tilbyr behandling i form av samtaler, miljøterapi og medikamentell behandling.

Henvisning

Vi tar imot pasienter fra akuttpost sør (Tromsø), fra poliklinikken, Ambulant Akutteam eller pasienter som er henvist fra lege.

Alle akutte henvisninger går gjennom Ambulant akutteam i deres åpningstid og vakttelefonen utenom deres åpningstid. Henvisninger som ikke er akutte sendes til inntaksteamet.

The hospital is located at Stasjonsveien 61, approximately three kilometres north of the centre. It takes about 25 minutes to walk from the centre.

If you arrive in Narvik by the airport bus from Evenes, you can either walk or take a taxi to the hospital. The Health Express has a start and stop at the hospital on Furumoen. Remember that travel expenses must be agreed upon in advance with Patient Travel.

The tunnel from the E6 (Furumotunellen) is the main access road to the hospital.

There are established footpaths through Narvik Cemetery and up to the hospital, in addition to pavements along Stasjonsveien.

Public Transport

Several new bus services have been established to the new hospital on Furumoen.

It is recommended to use the journey planner and search for routes to/from UNN Narvik. The information in the journey planner is always up to date.

If you are travelling from Tromsø, it is easiest to purchase a ticket through Svipper
If you are travelling from Harstad, it is easiest to purchase a ticket via Nordlandstrafikk's app Reis

Health Express

The Health Express runs from Narvik to Tromsø. Individuals who have been referred for travel for health reasons can travel with the Health Express.

Sykehusapotek Nord har utsalg i første etasje (til høyre når du kommer inn via hovedinngangen). Der får du kjøpt hygieneartikler og medisiner.

Husk legitimasjon med bilde når du skal hente legemidler på resept.

Apoteket er åpent mandag til fredag klokka 09-15.30​​

Etter henvisning til psykisk helsevern og avtale med behandler kan du få tilgang til det digitale kartleggingsverktøyet Checkwar​e. Det kan brukes i kommunikasjon mellom pasienter og behandlere, og gi en bedre forståelse av dine plager eller lidelser.

Hvis du får problemer med å logge inn kan du ta kontakt med ekspedisjonen på den avdelingen der du skal til behandling, slik at de kan sjekke tilgangen din.

Logg inn i Checkware​

Patients and relatives who rely on a car to Furumoen can park in the public parking area outside the main entrance. Additionally, there are some public parking spaces outside the main entrance to Furumoen nursing home and outside the emergency reception/urgent care.

Due to high demand, it is encouraged to use the bus to and from Furumoen. Good bus connections have been established by Reis Nordland; check the route planner.

Disabled Parking

There are disabled parking spaces at the main entrance (maximum 4 hours), in the main parking area, at Furumoen nursing home, and at the emergency reception/urgent care.
Remember to display the blue parking permit clearly in the front window.

Parking Charges Every Day:

07:00-21:00: 32 NOK per hour
21:00-07:00: 7 NOK per hour

Long-term Guest Parking:

Maximum daily price 250 NOK. Price from the 4th day onwards is a maximum of 162 NOK. Price from the 8th day onwards is a maximum of 113 NOK.

It becomes cheaper the longer you park. If you pay by card and end your parking before the time is up, you can swipe your card to end the payment.

There are no special arrangements for inpatients or relatives who need to stay at the hospital for an extended period.

Motorcycle Parking

Currently, UNN does not have designated parking for motorcycles for visitors or guests.

Reserved Parking:

There are also parking spaces marked "Reserved for Staff". This parking is reserved solely for staff or partners with their own parking permit.

Complaints:

Park Nordic AS has an agreement with UNN regarding the operation and handling of parking complaints at Furumoen.

The parking area is publicly and privately marked and operates as public parking spaces.
