Change/Cancel Appointment
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact the department where you have your appointment through Appointments on Helsenorge.no, or call the phone number you find in your appointment letter.
It is important that you contact the department as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Unused appointments that are not cancelled will be invoiced (read about fees on Helsenorge.no)

Feedback/Complaint – Form on Helsenorge
If you wish to send feedback/complaint to the hospital, you can do so digitally via Helsenorge. Here you fill out a specific form that is sent directly from the website to the hospital. To use the feedback form, you must be logged in with your own account (personal identification number and BankID) on Helsenorge.
You can provide feedback on the following via Feedback Form on Helsenorge:
- I have been denied my referral
- I have not received an appointment within the statutory timeframe
- I have not received a response to my referral from the hospital
- I have not received follow-up/information from the hospital
- I have experienced something inappropriate in connection with treatment
